The holidays listed below are observed each year. All pick up days that land on the holiday or the day after the holiday will operate on a one day delay for that week.
In the event of inclement weather, your pick up will be delayed by one day. Please check our website and Facebook page for weather delay updates and cancellations.
Our hours of operation for pick-ups are 5 am – 4 pm. Please put your trash and/or recycling out the night before to avoid being missed.
Driveway service is our VIP option for trash and recycling removal. We come down your driveway to pick up your containers, no need to drag them to the curb. There is an additional fee for this service. Please call 908-223-1914 for more details.
50 lbs is the maximum weight for your container on a weekly basis. Anything that exceeds this weight will be subject to overage fees.
Containers can be filled to the top, but not overflowing, without incurring extra fees. Any customer that places extra bags outside of the container will be charged a fee of $4 /bag. Please email us at cortesedisposal@gmail.com to let us know about any overflow.
Yes, we do take bulk items for an additional cost. For accurate pricing, please email cortesedisposal@gmail.com with any pictures of what you are looking to dispose of.
Recycling includes glass bottles, plastic bottles, metal, tin, and clean cardboard. Please do not place shredded paper or any plastic bags in recycling. Also, do not put your recyclables into bags- all items should be put directly into the recycling container.
